Cancellation Policy
Registration: By registering for a course, you agree to these terms and conditions. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellation Policy: Single-class purchases are valid only for the specified date and time. Participants may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled All courses are non-refundable once the course begins. If a participant cancels their course registration at least 4 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made 1–3 days before the course start date will be not refunded. Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the course are non-refundable. Cancellations made on or after the course start date are not eligible for a refund. Dress Code: Participants must wear appropriate dance-specific high heels during the class. Regular high heels or non-dance shoes may damage the studio floor. To ensure safety and maintain the venue's condition, please avoid unsuitable footwear. Class Changes: Lipoly.dans reserves the right to adjust the class schedule or instructor as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance. Late Arrivals: Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class to prevent disruptions. Video Shoots and Photography: Filming or photographing during the class is permitted only with the consent of the instructor and all participants involved. Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including choreography, class structure, and teaching methods, are the intellectual property of Lipoly.dans. These materials are intended for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. Course Schedule Adjustments: If a class needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), it may be rescheduled during a break period or after the course ends.
